All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Deliveries are made from 9am - 6pm on business day.

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout. Transporter will contact reach 1 days before arrange for delivery (Local Transporter > 30.00k.g)

*Delivery only reach doorsteps and group floor. No carrying and move item beyond ground floor where lorry unload item area.


In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store with special arrangement.
After placing your order and your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 5 business days.
We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions to pick up.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10am - 5pm on available days of the weekdays]. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come and contact us for pick up arrangement.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. WineTools (One Excel Global Sdn Bhd) is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at oneexcelglobal@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you as soon as possible.


Shipping to P.O. boxes

We not able to ship to any imcomplete or P.O Box address.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is confirmed having defects/malfunction with unused and in its original condition, and we will provided assitant to resolve the problem. 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days

We address and investigate these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
